I think westphilia gets more provinces, Hannover more ports. Hannover is primary culture of Hannoverian, and gives claims in the hannover region westphilia gets claim in westphilia.

One person could form both, of course (with a culture shift, I believe) but two people can't form one each the province requiresments are mutally exclusive. Westphilia and Hannover are mutally exclusive formables. Sardina-Piedmont is avalible to Savoy or Sardinia, is easy to form (own the other), and gives almost nothing for forming besides prestige and 1 base tax increase in new capital. Hannover, Sardinia-piedmont, And Westphilia are all parts of a larger formable nation. Reforming only works if you are part of the same culture/group as the previous country, it doesen't exist, and you might need to own it's old capital orleons, Athens, Northumbria (has to be realeased first), and Styria (ditto northumbria) are some good examples of countries that can reform. You forgot Persia, Mughals, Westphilia, Hannover, Sardinia Piedmont, Romania, and reforming France, Byzantium, England, and Austria.

I'd appreciate if you guys could tell me if I forgot any. Great Britain, Spain, Italy, the papal states (forget name), Netherlands, Scandinavia, Russia, Prussia, Commonwealth, Germany, Greece?, Persia, Hindustan, Malaysia. This list only includes countries that were added in Ante Bellum.Originally posted by Rommel:I haven't seen a complete list of all the formable countries in the game, so I'll just list the ones I know of and see if there's any I'm not aware of. Unlike the regular formable country, it does not change your national ideas or missions. All the relevant formation decisions can be found in their respective country pages (unless otherwise stated).Ĭosmetic country is a formable country which has purely cosmetic purpose. A Reformable country is one that does start as an independent nation but if it ceases to exist, then other countries with similar culture may transform into it, adopting their flag, ideas, and identity. A formable country is one that does not exist at the beginning of the game (although it might in later historical starts) but can be formed if certain conditions are met.
